If calling for a contest or request, yes (see my answer above to tips on contests question). Understand that te lights on a syudio phone are constantly flashing and the jox/producers have lots to do. They also follow a set music rotation, so your request isn't going to mean anything, though they're usually polite once you do get thru.

If you're calling the business line, keep trying, they'll eventually answer.

It's for sure you're not going to talk to anyone with a BY.
