make sure it has your confirmation number on it..these online places are notorious for taking your money and NOT providing the flight..next time you should use a travel agent..they charge a minimal fee and at least you can talk to a real person.

Most major airlines are all e-tickets, where you only get an itinerary.

Bring your itinerary and locate the 5 diget confirmation number - you can use that if you check in at the kiosk - or if you go to the counter they usually ask for your ID and can pull up your reservation by your last name
