When you cross the canadian border can you take pets along and if yes do you have to pay money?

  1. As long as their shots are up to date. I've not heard of any fees.  


  2. as long as theyre updated with shots then you could take them over, usually for free.

Yes you bring your pets along, but you will need a current rabies vaccination certificate for each of them issued in your name, and if you can get the international health certificate, it will let the customs officers know that your pet is in good health, has all the vaccinations also had a description of the pet. Sometimes they ask for them sometimes they do not, but it is always better to have it just in case, but you must have the rabies certificate for each pet, having just the tag does not work.

    And no you do not have to pay any money.
