When you delete a sent message on myspace before that person reads it can they still read it?

help!!

i sent this mean *** message to this kid and even though he kinda deserved it I did'nt want to start it out like that so I deleted it and edited it to make it seem a little bit nicer beforehand...so can he stil read the one I first sent that was deleted???

yes..once you sent it that's it

if you delete it, then you won't be able to read or see it

but who ever you sent it to will

maybe make your next subject as: sorry for the 1st message, it was a bit harsh.

then start the way you wanted to

or just leave it the way it is, after all you did say he deserved it

right?..lol :]

yes they can... you're only deleting the message in your Sent folder... the message will still be delivered... it's like your SMS on your mobile phone. you can clear off the Sent Item but the SMS is still delivered...

yes he can. when you delete it, your only deleting it from your sent folder, not from his mailbox

Yeah, unfortunetly he can.

Unless you know his email and password for his myspace..

He's gonna get it.

I believe he will still be able to read the first one.  Unfortunately, Myspace doesn't have a retraction option for messages.
