  1. i get a bagel from the local deli. I also get a salad or soup from panera bread. sometimes i go to like friendly's but they are exactly light...


  2. To the grocery store and buy a diet frozen dinner

  3. subway or a carls junior grilled chicken salad

  4. Baja Fresh or similar Mexican places. You can order chicken soft tacos without cheese or sour cream, which is pretty healthy. Then you can add a variety of different salsas, which is also healthy and low in fat.
