When you dream~~Are you in a house you lived in from your past?

Question

Whenever I dream (and yes I dream in color) and I am in a house, it is always a home I have lived in from my childhood or young adult. It this because I miss the home? Also, have you dreamt of being in a house or room that really felt warm and comfortable (a place you have never seen before) and when you wake up (oh I hate that), you wish you could have a house built just like that?

when i wake up the morning i dont recall if my dreams where in color, but i do believe dreaming about those houses represents possible a place of safety or haven from every day life so when you dream your subconsiously looking for something that will make you feel better. about the perfect house i have had dreams similar to that although what i always wanted is a car that is perfect i wake up cant remember which one it was so d**n annoying

I do have dreams about my old house from time to time. I dream my room and the neighborhood were I lived. Maybe we dream this because we were comfortable in that house. I dont remember dreaming of a strange room I dont recognize its always been the room I used to have.

Well, I'm not one of those fortune tellers or anything, but! I think it means you're going to have a very nice life in the future. And you have a need for things that you want the most.

Not usually. I seem to 'own' 2-3 different houses in my dreams. One is a rickety 4 story fixer upper on a hilltop, another is a mansion somewhere near Dodger Stadium. Not sure where that other place is, but it looks like a modern interpretation of a Greek temple.
