Question:

When you exersise do you loose the majority of weight off your stomach?

Just wanting to loose stomach weight and I was wondering if it would be the first weight to go? And if not what should you do to reduce stomach weight?

  1. brisk walk an hour daily...come home and do an hour of pilates after that...eat 5 small healthy meals a day and drink enough water...play sports,dance and do martial arts ...stay away from junkfood.fastfoods and sugary drinks...2 cheat meals a week is enough for motivation...you have to start losing a decent amount of fat from other parts of your body first to initiate belly fat loss,no choice!

  3. I believe so. When I exercise, I did it for almost a year on an elliptical machine and my stomach went down quite a bit.

We are genetically hardwired to lose weight in different ways.  I lose weight on my butt, b*****s, and arms first, then and only then will the weight come off my stomach.  My friend on the the other hand loses her weight on her hips and stomach first.  When you lose weight, you will lose it all over.  Exercise and a healthy diet will get you to where you want to be.
