When you feel depression coming on what makes you feel better?

sometimes my pills don't help and I was just wondering what makes you all feel better...thanks!

    watch a funny movie, or stupid stunts on youtube

    get a tub of ice cream

    it works great :D

  3. just trying to get busy...doing my sport, watching something interesting on the tv, going out,keeping In contact with some one else...i don't take any pills so i don't know what does it feel that...i try to be strong when i star to feel like that, and don't get yourself alone, the company is very important,it doesn't matter who...you're alive, feel it, and live it....

This is a tough one as you know.....  try thinking of all the good things in your life, the fun things you want to do, the people in your life who you make feel better, get up, get out, go somewhere bright and cheerful, be around friends or family that make you feel better.  Every day we make a decision when we get up, we can dwell in the grey funk and be miserable or we can do our best to climb out of it and have a good day.  Sometimes it works and we have a great day, sometimes it doesn't, but we can try to feel good knowing we at least tried to have a good day.  Sometimes, volunteering can help us feel better because we help others.  I wish you lots of better days in the future.

  6. try not to think of what bothers you and waste your time just to forget it ... deppression comes in times of stress thats why pass these days by tryin to ignore what bothers you and instead do something you like something HAPPY and go out walk hang out with friends ..... take care  

  7. yes sometimes they don't i suffer from depression to but, i do thing's to help get active go on the computer do more thing's forget about it
