  1. mistakes are part of the humans, don't worry...but if after two months you have the same mistakes or a lot of mistakes there is a problem........

To avoid mistakes you need a good training, or good induction of the bus....

    Good luck!

  2. Ha ha. I actually made quite a few. Our training was very informal, and it was more or less a learn-as-you-go type of thing. My biggest problem was learning to run the cash registers. But things generally get better in time. I'm now pretty good on register, and can successfully work each one where I work, whereas some people still don't know how. Just pay close attention to your surroundings, don't be afraid to ask questions, and don't rush with your work. After you've done it long enough, it'll become second nature to you.

  3. I'm pretty sure everyone is different in how/if they make mistakes.

You're ALWAYS trained before actually starting to work on your own.

If you don't get something clearly, then you always have the opportunity to ask. The people you ask take your questions into consideration about how youre willing to ask in the first place.

People will ALWAYS make mistakes for the first few weeks.

    Nothing major though.

  4. No.  First I was trained.  I payed attention to detail, and avoided mistakes.  When I came across something not covered, I used my judgment and initiative and proceeded.  By the books?  No.  But mistake (as in screwed  the pooch), no.

  5. yes, one job the boss wnated to fire me, however it turned out alright.
