Within the first two years, you only have six points too play with. It's after the two years, it goes up too twelve.

Retake tests? You mean a driving test?? I think it will depend?

when u get 6 points at .. in the "uk" ....... aka  ...the university of Kentucky on your card,u need 6 more for that free Pepsi at subway... but u must not eat there very often as it took u two years to get 6 points........hope this helps
