  1. nothing. i haven't even had tylenol in almost three years. my headaches have become much lighter and less frequent since i stopped medicating. headache medicines condition your body to expect relief, causing the next headaches to be worse and longer lasting.

  2. When i get one as I often do"

I just have some Chamomile tea with honey and rest my eyes for half an hour and it goes away with out medication.

  3. I generally take either Advil Liqui-Gels, Tylenol Extra Strength, or a strong pain pill. I've had headaches my entire life and I'm on a prescription for them, but it doesn't always work anymore. Try popping your neck. It sounds painful, but it releases endorphins which help to ease headaches away.

  4. tylenol.

  5. The only thing that ever helps mine is Excedrin.

Although, by mistake I discovered that the off brand Midol (maybe regular Midol too, I haven't tried) is pretty much a miracle cure for headaches too.

  6. Viccodin.

Hey any excuse I can get.
