When you get a job at like Tim Hortons...?

Do they tell you who the boss, manager, and supervisor is? Do they tell you that at the job interview? Or at the job.. like for orientation or whatever.

  1. In most of these positions, a formal orientation is not necessary. You will be hired and "shadow" a trainer until you have seen enough to be on your own. As you gain experience, the trainer will move away and you can then use this insight to make the job your own. Good Luck.
