Question:

When you get breast reduction surgery do doctors do something to tighten up the skin?

I am considering reduction surgury becuase I dropped a lot of weight in the past couple years, and as a result, my b*****s cannot support themselves anymore from lost elasticity I guess. I'm only a D cup, so I'm not overly proportioned to my body type, but I'm guessing that insurance won't cover a lift at all, even though it would relieve a tramendouse amount of pressure on my shoulders. But getting a reduction alone wouldn't help much....Can anyone tell me if surgens would cut some of the skin and tighten up my b***s to make them supported again while doing the reduction? or am I doomed to pay $8,000 to get that?

  1. Typically, they'll remove the extra skin from the bottom, and then graft your nipple up higher on the breast so that it still looks natural.

  2. Yes, they remove the excess breast tissue and skin which does leave a scar that fades with time.

  3. 99.9 per cent of PS's will include a breast lift with the reduction.  Those who charge you extra for it DO NOT go to as they are ripping you off.

The PS should include a lift with the reduction.
