When you get hired at McDonald's, do they teach you in training to never give napkins or ketchup?

  1. Yes, part of the training is that they hand out no more than 3 packages.  In some areas, they charge for any packages or sauces.  When you ask for more, they again will hand you only the minimum


  2. I work at a McDonald's restaurant and I have never been trained like this. I have always been trained to help the customer any way necessary. Hope this helps.

  4. I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, AND IF I WERE THE MANAGER AND NEED TO MAKE THE MOST PROFITS, I WOULD TELL THE EMPLOYEES TO ONLY GIVE TO PEOPLE WHO ASK.
