Question:

When you get home from work and sit down does 4 hours elapse in the span of ten minutes?

Say you work 2pm to 10pm, just say for the sake of argument. You get home at 10:30 and sit down just for a few minutes to gain your strength back. TV is on. You have something to drink. You get up to do something and walk by a clock and it reads: 2:30 am!! Now, you may not believe there is such a thing as a time warp, but what do you know about time warps, time diation fields, time vortexes, or anything similar that could explain where four hours just went?

  1. I thought I was the only one that has had this happen to.  Maybe not in the span of ten minutes as you have said but I have had 4 hours condensed into an hour or less.

  2. YES YES YES....ALL the time I can never believe it.

Time goes by so fast....probably because I like what I do!

  3. That has happened to me.  Of course, this little "nap" thing I took part in might have had something to do with time flying by.

  4. I don't particularly care for my line of work, so when I come home I think I become more focused on something that will remove anything work related from my mind temporarily.

And it could be too that you are still wound up from the job and not quiet tired enough to sleep.

  5. today i was at work 5 hours it dragged so slow, i come home have tea and hey presto 5 hours  gone in just like that. i think its strange too be great if work hours flew in and at home time went slower

  6. Ok! you got me interested this time.

First, have you ever heard of sleep paralysis?

It's where you may not realize that you have fallen asleep because your brain is still so active. A lighter state of this can cause you to loose hours. This gets worse---- when you advance to a more serious state, you will be completly awake and not realize that you fallen asleep. But in this state, you will be paralysed and can't move. This may be accompanied by a series of electrical impulses surging through your body.

Don't call the paramedics. They will dope you up and put you on Zanax or some equally vile drug.

The problem is stress but you can overcome this if you choose.

The reason I said "If you choose", is that most people want the easy way out---the harder way to most is to take a good hard look at yourself and what is bothering you and where the stress is coming from.

I have your answer and is gauranteed for life. But it's a DIY fix.

I won't go into detail here but email me if you would like my imput. ps> it's not a religion

  7. Am I having De Javu? Or have you posted this question before? If you have..it means it's still bothering you (if it happened to YOU)...which means you still haven't found the  answer. Yes..that's REALLY weird!! ..and scary. Don't want to say something irrational  and say maybe you were "abducted" ..but that's the only thing I can think of (unless you fell asleep..which I think you already said you didn't ) Got any marks on you anywhere? If that had happened to me...I don't know what I'd do...keep seeking answers I guess. Maybe someone else that it happened to will show up on here. Maybe you could connect with MUFON and see if others  there have had similar experiences. Good Luck in finding the answer.!
