  1. swimming in the morning is around 10 times better than swimming in evening and plus u have extra energy and the night u sleep ur body improves ur skills and when u get up in the morning u will feel more and more hungry and u will eat more fats but u wont gain any wieght but u will lose,u will feel more muscular and strong after swimming but if u have tonselitis u wont be able to carry on after a month. But yes remember u should always do runnuing, pushups etc.(warm up exersises).I am a national level swimmer,I NEED TO REMEMBER THESE THINGS! 2. I have practice at 6:30 every morning and it feels great to just go slow at first! It takes me a few sets to get completely warmed up so I start at a very easy pace and build up as practice goes on. I just wake up and go to practice, so after exercising my body finally wakes up and I can go faster :)

  3. When you get into exercise your adrenaline is up, your heart rate is up, and you feel more alive. When you wake up try doing some light exercise to wake you--stretches and a five- to ten-minute walk. Since most foods are processed, if you're not taking a multivitamin, why not add that to your morning routine?

  4. Exercise gives people a natural "high"!!  I am the same way when running.  I don't feel like getting out of bed in the morning; but once I am up and running, I feel great!!

  5. It's called "warming up." It takes your body a little while to get all the systems firing -- especially first thing in the morning.

  6. ugh i can totally relate i hate morning pracitce..i think its because your body has been relaxed for sooo long that it takes a while for it to be "warmed up"..it happens to me to...dont you just love 5 AM practices?

  7. It's normal because your body is just waking up and getting used to the water. Also your getting your blond pressure higher so the more you swim the less tired you'll be
