  1. The mechanism of the physiological reactions others have noted is the sympathetic and parasympathetic response to a stressing event, such as being on stage or meeting a possible love interest for the first time.

Others get a similar response when about to have s*x.

In all instances emotion makes the effect far more intense.

  2. the blood from your organs is directed to you brain during times of stress and extreme excitement, to give your brain the best chance at making the best decision.

the feeling is a lack of blood in your stomach, which creates a numbing sensation

  3. you dont get butterflys in your stomach when your nervous.

  4. typical nervous response.

your stomach loses allot of blood flow and digestion stops- this is because your blood is being redirected to other places in response to "fight or flight" reaction. hence- butterflies.

  5. your muscle spasms create movement when under certain emotions

  6. it's down to emotions. you can control them but it's hard

best thing you can do to stop it, is keep doing what make it do it

then you'll get used to it, so you'll be less worried

  7. i really dont know but i hate it when i do get butterflies because sometimes i cant eat for days!
