No - it is ILLEGAL for buses to move away from the Bus Stop while passengers who have just got on are still standing.

I don't ride the buses anymore, but my gran does and she fell on the bus, because some idiot did this....the other passengers were in uproar and the driver was reported.

No, when I drove buses, I used to wait until they were just about to sit down - THEN I'd pull off suddenly - helping them to sit down!
