  1. The unfortunate part is that very few people work at jobs they actually enjoy, be it a teenager going to their first job or a 50 year old who has been at the same job for years.

A summer job will help you learn a few things about working:

    1. No matter how much you hate your boss or think they are doing a bad job, you have to do what they tell you, because the company has been them in that position for a reason.

    2.  You will not get along with ALL your co-workers, but you have to work with them, so make sure you are nice to them all.

    3. No matter what the job is, remember to learn something from it so you can use the experience in your next employment.

    4. Always give your best at it, no matter what the job is.  Going the extra mile will be rewared in the long run, even if it does not seem so at the time.

I have had many jobs in my life (I am 35 for you all to know) and know that these things will help anyone who is just starting in the employment market.

  2. It is only for about 12 weeks in the summer and if the pay is good, then I'd take it.

It is better to have a job than none at all.

  3. well theres this site ive been using that pays you to search the net.

dont ask me how it works but im guessing its got sumthing to do with adverts.

they pay by paypal or cheque. give it a go,after all youve got nothing to lose! enjoy!

  4. It depends on how badly you need the money. If you can't hack it, then look for something else.

  5. It's a summer job. Suck it up, unless if you have a backup plan. Be more open to doing odd jobs, even if you hate them. The great thing about the summer job is that you can hate it, because it's only temporary.
