When you go out for a run?

do u run with traffic or towards traffic ???

I typically go out in the late afternoon, mainly because it is cooler and I'm loose from the day.  I run near a river where I live, but also on many streets.  The main standard is that you run into traffic, on the left side of the road.  This is so if a car is going to hit you, you can move out of the way in time to not get hurt.

Personally, I like to run in the evenings. I find it hard to put full effort into my run in the mornings. However, I know a lot of people that swear by running in the morning as it is generally cooler and there is less traffic.

As a general rule, you should always run towards traffic.

You want to run towards traffic, so that means on the left side of the road. However, when you run up a hill, you want to switch sides and run with traffic, because if you ran up a hill towards traffic, a car wouldn't see you upon rounding the top of the hill. Then, when you are going down the hill, cross over to the towards traffic side again, because going down, if you ran with traffic the car wouldn't see you, again. I hope this helps, and BE SAFE.

evening, because the longer you run the cooler it gets.. which makes it easier. Unlike morning when the longer you run the hotter it gets =/

I usually go running in the evening after 6 o,clock three times every week and run about 2 hours which is totally 8 hrs/per week. There are not alot of people in the park but i don,t pay attention to the traffic so, i go either way and don,t mind about running in both ways.
