that thing in ur mouth called regulator coz it regulates ur air supply from the air tank, it has 2 valves, one for the air intake and the other for exhaust lol, so you will never have water in ur mouth unless the second valve is not working then water goes into ur mouth

It is called a Regulator, it has an Exhale Valve.

I know this because I knew one of the guys that was a pioneering diver of the 20th Century.
