When you go to a yu-gi-oh! hobby leage do you get a parrelell ultra rare card? (the participation card?)?

Yes, you get one just for signing up, right now We're in the middle of changing over from Shining Angel to Monster Reborn. No guarantees your store will have the new Monster Reborns by Friday, though.

Also, depending on how long a store has been a HL store, and on their supplies/participants, you should be able to pick a card from as early as HL05-EN

Yes you get a card just for going, it doesn't matter whether you win or lose. And yes first member or been there forever you'll still get a card, Shining Angel is the parallel rare that was given out at my store last week, so you'll prolly get that.

sorry but no if ya loos the tornement you'll get either 1 booster pack or 2 duelist packs but if ya win you'll get $25.00 in prise monny or if ya choos a card discount!! V! :D
