  1. although the law was passed that said you need to have a passport to re-enter the us from mexico its not being enforced unless from another country or your from another state if your from san diego you can get in if you bring you birth certificate and california Drivers license

  3. When you leave San Diego, they do random checks on the freeway, and they might stop you if they want to.

    From Mexico - yes, you do need documentation...

  5. If you're flying into San Diego from a foreign country and/or you are crossing the boarder, I'm sure you'll get asked to show some ID/ Passport, and mind you, they'll ask you a few questions.

  6. Well if you are entering from Mexico and then yes, they will check for documentation at the border crossing.

  7. i guess it would depend where you were entering from.  if you fly in from another country you would have to show id just like any where else, but they aren't going to check if you just drive in from LA or something.
