Yea I remember the days I use to have to walk to school. Snowing hard wind blowing 7 feet of snow. Holes in my shoes.  Ahhh those were the days.

in elementary school i had to walk 2 blocks for the rest of my school career i walked 4 miles to and 4 miles from. Rain or shine my mom didn't wake up before 10 so i had no choice.

I take the bus where I stay I live to far from school especially to walk in the cold mornings. And it's way to dangerous here where I live that's over 3 miles chancing get shot or raped. Maybe if it was closer.

my school for the last 10 years (pre-k tru 8th)

was way to far away. only about 10 kids could walk to school.

it was 20-25 minutes away by car.

and this year i won't either because its a good half hour or more by car and you have to take a main freeway to get to it

now in college, i take the subway.

sometimes they would make me walk home. most of the time, i would get a ride to and back, though. that school was only 4-5 blocks away, though. now, that i'm at a school across town, my mom sometimes drives me and my friend to school and her dad sometimes takes us to school. other than that, i take the bus.

I used to in elementary. But in middle school rode the bus. I have to ride the bus to high school.

They don't make me walk, but I could since it's just up the road and around the corner (maybe 10 minutes walking total).  I take the bus since it is easier.

My elementary school was just a block away, so I choose to walk b/c I hated the bus.  In middle school I rode the bus b/c my parents refused to drive me when the bus stops in front of our house. In HS, I rode the bus until I got a car.

My school is like 25 minutes away; but with traffic it can take almost an hour. So no, I can't walk, haha. My parents drive me or I carpool with other girls from my neighborhood.

I used to walk when I was in public school. But then they closed my school so I had to take the bus. And in high school I took the bus also. I liked walking, but I live to far away from either school to walk, or bike.
