depends! if it's just a consultation, on the chair. if the doctor says you should be examined and asks you to move to the table, then do so. haha, weird...

i sit where they tell me. if they dont tell me where to sit i ask where they would like me to sit.

most of the time they instruct me as to what they prefer which is always the table. and when i have to ask the answer is always the table.
