Do they write on your degree

"Degree of Engineering"?

Or

"Degree of Software Engineering"?

If they write Degree of Engineering. How the employers will know in which field i specified whether its electrical, software, etc?....

It just depends on the school & courses you take...

Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering, Bachelor of Science & Arts in Software Engineering, Associates Degree in Software Engineering.

The name of your degree will not matter as much as your resume but Bachelor of Science sounds better.
