When you had Ovarian Cysts, what did you feel?

I think i have one or some i dont know but i just want to know EVERY SYMPTOM you had please. Thank You!!

I thought that I had appendicitis.  It was EXTREME pain!  Just had surgery  2 weeks ago for the cysts (endometriomas and simple cysts as well as endometriosis on my bladder).  I also had pain with deep intercourse.  Symptoms vary from person to person.  Some don't have any pain.  When they do have pain though, it is EXTREME!...not just period-like cramping.

A vaginal ultrasound can diagnose ovarian cysts.  It would be a good thing to get into your doctor to get one done.

They can vary a bit depending on the size and type of cyst. I have had overgrown "simple" cysts, which were on my right ovary and very much resembled the symptoms of appendicitis. I've also had gatherings of little blood cysts on my ovaries which caused a more generalised pain, sort of like a very bad period pain. From both I suffered pain that made moving and walking quite difficult and had to spend alot of time in bed. (sometimes with the not so bad ones this wasn't so severe and I might have just felt pain as I walked but was able to bear it). When the cysts burst it felt like I was dying I can't even describe the pain it was soo bad this lasted for a couple of hours and then I didn't feel too bad still abit sore but much better. They don't really in my experience have any particular symptom that sets them apart from other problems so I would really recommend going to your dr and having an ultrasound organised. Depending on what sort of cyst they are they may need surgical intervention or like mine they might be left to burst on their own.

my biggest symptom was a constant bloated feeling and a dull ache. I also felt aching during/after s*x. Also right before I had surgery I had a really bad crampy period, where I could like hardly walk
