I have a slightly old car with a radio that hasnt been updated since I received it. I bought a Sirius radio for my car and wondered if it matters if you have a old, late 1990s radio receiving the satellite radio.

  1. It shouldn't as long as it has FM and low dial positions. Thats what the short-range transmitters (that I assume you're referring to) use.

One way to find out. Try it. Buy the transmitter at some place where you can return it with no hassles.
