Look up your contract on your account on the web. I have new every two. I think most people do. If you renew with them they give you a 100.00 discount off a new phone.

If you sign up for another 2-year contract, yes. Also, Verizon gives out discounts based on your employment, so ask about that. Postal workers get a hefty discount; I got my enV for around $75 way back when they were still $200

No.  I think a contract is just suppossed to make sure you don't like go to AT&T or something.  But when those 2 years are up usually there are cheap phones that you can get and then you send them this letter and they give you a rebate.
