I've had deja vus, dreams ive dreamt coming true with this guy for a whole year. It scared me, and i didn't know why did this happen. I also used to sense him, and i still do. It kept on going nonstop and the guy was really obsessed with me for some reason. I asked him if he had any of this he said no. Why do things like this happen ??

  1. I'm confused. do you mean a deja vu as in you're doing something and then you get a 'flashback' or feeling that you've done it before or are you talking about having these dreams that are coming true?

For the dream part..well I know people won't agree with this but I always thought it to be prophetic dreaming. Where something happens in real life after you've seen it happen in your dreams. no idea why it happens maybe you've got a gift.

as for deja vu, there is still no idea where they come from or what's going on, but one of the theories is.. ok before i tell you, i gotta explain how we have a long term memory and short term memory function in our brain. the theory is that the memory might have been stored in the wrong 'box' and thats why you felt like you've done something already. my explanation is weird but check it out on google or something.

  2. DEJA VU: a feeling that one has seen, heard, or done something before.

Technically, deja vu is a term for the "subconscious going ahead of the conscious during any given time". In other words, your subconscious experiences a situation, and when your consciousness catches up, it feels like you've "been there before" or "experienced it previously". Some people believe that they were in another life and had done it before, reliving it because it was somehow unresolved or may have been a pleasant experience that they wished to re-live. The fact that this guy is obsessed with you may also be playing on your mind and contributing to the deja vu feelings.

  3. Speculation about deja vu abounds in all degrees of explanation--none of which carries solid factual proof.

The general concept of deja-vu is feeling you've been at a certain place before ( likely in a different life ), but currently have NEVER been at that place before.  Some even claim being in a set of circumstances they dreamt of some time earlier as well.  Prophecy, perhaps?? Who knows.

Deja-vu also has a reincarnation tie-in: People encountering others in THIS life that they also encountered in past lives.  The explanation really gets Shirley McLane-ish and is somewhat confusing.

There are scores of books on this subject, authored by degreed educated professionals; others penned by "self-proclaimed" experts.

I guess you soon begin a library journey to learn more on a quest to find fact to answer your question(s).
