When you have down loaded pictures on your computer how do you get them on to your email address to send them?

In Yahoo Mail: Click on New/Email message and the compose page will open.  Click on Attach to add the photo. Another window will open containing pictures you have saved on your computer. Click on the one you want, and then open. It will add the picture to your email message. It won't be visible to the receiver until he or she downloads the attachment.
