  1. Yes, and I get pins and needles in my arms and legs. I think it's to do with the lack of oxygen getting around.

  3. Yes this is because anxiety can affect your circulation....I have cold hands and feet all the time...

  4. I can't say I have noticed that, but it is a logical thing to happen.

    Your body will be protecting you by reducing blood flow at the surface of the skin - this would also affect feet & hands.

  6. You can sweat hot or cold during a panic attack anytime of the year. I experienced that and its ok. Try to resolve this though by not thinking about it.

  7. yes, its the same when I'm about to throw up i get a cold sweaty feeling which starts in my feet and works its way up. I think its to do with the fight or flight release of hormones when you become anxious. try some slow deep breathing or try to avoid panicky situations. good luck

  10. yes they do it is all part and parcel of the attack the circulation of blood slows down hence the palpatations etc dont worry it passes be safe
