I just got my permit the other day and me and my cousin are going somewhere and he wants me to drive. He's 21 and has had a license since he was 16 so i know it's fine if i drive with him, but his girlfriend is coming with us and she's 19. So is it ok if she's in the car too because someone 21 is in there with us?

  1. it should be ok as long as u have 1 (supervisor)

  2. as long as you do not drink and the seasoned (drive over the licinse age 21) driver does not drink it sould be ok

  3. I don't what state you are driving in, but I am safe to assume that it is the same for all states, as they have reciprocity with all other states (United States). In Ohio, where I reside, the law says that a person with a permit, has to always have a legally Licensed driver in the vehicle, whenever that Permitted driver is behind the wheel (in control) of the vehicle. If the vehicle (depending on class of License) holds 25 people, or only two, only one needs to have a valid license. Of course, this will not fly in the case of illegal activity.

  4. I don't know where you live (and the laws can differ in every state or country), but my son just got his license, but before that he had his permit and the rules/regulations were written on the permit itself.

Check the laws where you live.
