  1. I don't feel remorse because for the most part they are killing each other. Sunni vs. Shia.

  2. i feel less and less remorse over iraqui's dying they have had several years to build their own government and choose to

play ignorant sand puppy . when i hear of an american it saddens me .

  3. I feel remorse for both our soldiers and the civilians.. neither one of them asked to die so soon, in this way. Anyone who thinks otherwise is heartless... I see all lives as equal and it makes me sick that they become just another statistic for a war that should have never happened!

  4. why? do u care what people think?

  5. Certainly death of either of these is sad.

It strengthens our resolve to defeat the insurgency, and let the Iraqis live in peace and freedom.

  6. I wonder why there isn't more outcry from other Muslim states about Muslims killing Muslims.

  7. I feel bad and sad whenever I see on TV, news paper, magazine a person was killed, I don't stop to think if it was an Iraqi or an American soldier, it is just sad.

  8. I feel annoyance at the liberals who are encouraging the terrorists.

  9. War is quite a sad business.

  10. statistic

    no remorse

every few days i get angry and go on yahoo answers and ask if anyone knows any of the names and can we have a moment of silence

i did  4 years and volunteered to go to iraq

i was denied going to iraq because "your clearance is too high"

  11. As you can see from the various responses to your question, many people consider an American life to be of MUCH more value than an Iraqi life.

Plus you'll notice that someone who fights the American invasion is called an "insurgent" and therefore his death is of much less importance because he obviously "deserved it".

Here's my question for you. If China decided to invade the United States tomorrow to "liberate us" and the rest of the world from the clutches of the evil American government (and it is evil) would you stand around and let them drop bombs on towns? Would you let them invade? Or would you stand up and shoot at them?  I think we both know the answer...and that makes you just as much an "insurgent" as the poor iraqi who is only trying to keep you and I from invading his country and imposing what we consider the "right" way on people that dont want anything to do with our "right" way.

Leave people alone and they wont shoot at you. Very simple.

And to the person who says that less people are dying now than died under Husseins rule, you really need to check your facts there.  At least under Hussein (who was elected by the way, hows that for Democracy?) there was a workin infrastructure and system of laws that WORKED, now it is nothing but pure chaos, and whose fault is that?  Seems we couldn't just leave well enough alone, and felt we had to impose our "way" on them...now look at what it has caused.

Ah well, they are just pathetic Iraqis, it's their fault they are in the shape they are in, right?

    Hypocrites.

Let your families be raped and murdered by an invading foreign army and then tell me what you think of an "insurgent".

  12. in both cases I feel very sad. I've been against the occupation of Iraq the whole time.

  13. Of course we feel remorse, duh.  But think about how many died under Saddam's rule, in his torture chambers, from his gassings to his mass killings.  I felt remorse their too.  Less are dying now then when he ruled and that is a good thing.

  14. Death is inevitable.  Premature death is always unfortunate.

I have to say that I honestly feel more sadness learning of the death of another American soldier than I do another Iraqi, but I know that both lives are equally valuable.  It's too bad that we're in this situation with no clear solution.

  15. When I hear about an iraqui I don't care because they have had all this time to build them a government and they chose to p***y foot around, when I hear about an American soilder it hurts me because these are our own

  16. Iraqi citizen....I don't care.

American soldier....I pray and feel sad.

  17. I regret loss of life because I've witnessed so much of it, but the Iraqi has a choice in many of the occasions. The soldier is bravely doing his job.

  18. They are both tragedies...I feel worse when I see children dying

  19. I think that I feel almost more remorse when I hear that an Iraqi citizen is killed than an American Soldier . A soldier Knows when they join the armed forces that they may have to give up their lives for our country . A citizen in Iraq never asked to be put in a war . We didn't even have a right to invade them in the first place . We went over under false information and now we have sent their country into a civil war . We should be ashamed of ourselves for even being there , and even more ashamed that we let our president mislead us in this way . What's worse is that no-one is standing up to him now . The whole situation is a tragedy .

  20. WEonly killed a millon whats one more ? Displace 2million .INmovie Lords of War we kill many by arms shipment !!! IT is a  sad world we live what r ugoing to do ?
