This is a name I really like but don't know it I would ever use. To me, it's seems a bit too girly for a boy and not girly enough for a girl. I think I'd be more inclined to use it for a boy.

Casey is very unisex.  If I had to throw a answer out, I'd say boy.

I don't think of it as boy or girl. I just think of it as a goofy name that describes my troll who posted before me under the name "Mrs. Jeter."

I think girl because that's my dog's name, though it's spelled with a K.  I know two other Casey's and they're both girls too.

I know only boys named Casey.  But, know of girls having the name.
