When you hear the word "Healer" What is the first profession that comes to mind Doctor, Nurse, Herbalist,What?

I was raised in a church who believed certain individuals had a God-given ability to hear people by simple touch... so that's what came to my mind when first reading the word "healer".

It must have stuck in there pretty good as it's no longer my faith and I've not belonged to a church in a good number of years.

I think nurse more than a doctor because a nurse is definatly more patient oriented and knows a patient more in depth than a doctor.  A nurse is concerned with the patient rather than just the charts like a doctor is.  God is the ultimate healer though, no matter what your beliefe is.
