When you hit the pits do you ever tell anyone?

If you have someone that will listen and support you then i would. But if you don't you need to find a way to release it or it will build up. I am very stubborn and independent. And don't want ANYONE to think i can't handle something. But it does get overwhelming at times and i have to give in and tell!

Not really - I keep it to myself - and try and figure out for myself

It depends on the nature of the problem, I will tell people if I feel the need, but much of the time I just keep it in.

No, I usually go very quiet, that's how people know there is something wrong.

Nah, I don't tell but unfortunately I am not very good at hiding my mood. Most people end up asking what's wrong, but even then I'd say 'nothing'...
