When you insert the NuvaRing is it suppose to go in horizontal or vertical?

Today is my first day using it, right now I have it in vertically....do I have it in right?

With the NuvaRing, it really doesn't matter what shape the ring is when its in, or how far in it is. You usually just squeeze it between your fingers and slide it in, and PRESTO! it's done! :]

your v****a is pretty much vertical so i can't really grasp how it could be in horizontal

That is a good question. I had the NuvaRing for a very short time and I think I put it in vertically too. It should be fine as long as it stays in.
