  1. Once the spider dries up  there's no problem.  But, as with all venom, if you were to get any of it in an open wound it could cause problems.  To do that though, you would have to rub the dead spider onto the wound, and even then you'd be lucky, or should I say unlucky, to get any venom into you.

Unless you're talking about a Black Widow Spider or a Brown Recluse Spider, you do NOT have a thing to worry about.  Did you know that 99.9% of all spiders in the world are harmless?

Spiders do our planet a great deal of good, and help keep our environment healthy and strong.  We would probably not be here if it weren't for spiders.  They are actually very beneficial to your garden and your home.  They feed on flys, termites, cockroaches, gnats, aphids, mosquitoes, crickets, and many other garden pests.  Would you rather have "one" spider in your home, or 100 Cockroaches?  Think about it.

  2. I suppose it will still be potent for a while, after which it may slowly disintegrate. But if you freshly killed a poisonous spider or snake, but there is still some residual life force left in the creature, then it is quite capable of giving you a deadly bite before it finally dies. I know of a case where a man decapitated a deadly snake and then foolishly took the head of the snake in his hands. The severed head then clamped onto one of his fingers and administered a fatal bite.

  3. I would not take any chances

  4. why? did you drink it?

  5. i tried to look for the question and I  couldn't quiet find it. Hmm try this website below. Good question.

  6. Suppose you've killed a Cobra, Then would you still want to drink the venom. Or would you want to touch an open wound on the venom. No.

The animal dies but venom can't die. It's still dangerous.

  7. Maybye if you have a fresh open cut on your finger and touch the dead spider, hehe. But i doubt it.

  8. yes. the venom is a chemical and as long as it decays it is harmfull.
