When you look at the Yahoo daily weather, what do the symbols mean that look like nuts and leaves?

On the daily forecast it shows either sunny, rainy, cloudy, etc....but, some days it has these pics that look like nuts and leaves. What does that mean? Does it have something to do with the pollen?

If the nuts and leaves are moving, wind, if not, it could mean pollen.
