When you make a build-a-bear and get a certificate and stuff,can you change it's name after wards?

From what I read on the FAQ of the build-a-bear workshop in the Us, It states you can only change the name before it's shipped out or created.

No, but you can always change the name even if the old one is on the certificate. =)
