When you ollie....? Please help.?

Do you drag your foot on the board till you hit the nose and that evens it out, or do you just slide your foot without touching the board and hit the nose?

you have to touch the board when your sliding it up, that's how you get the board to stick to your feet. then you even it out.

its like three motions...pop, slide, and jump, all at the same time.
