When you order a cup of coffee or ice tea, do you assume that it can be refilled for free?

If there is no clear sign states that there's a 'no free refill' policy.

    just depends on local custom first then always the posted policy of the individual business can over-ride that.

  7. yes....and if you order a coffee at starbucks and its still brewing...it's free. I was shocked by that. I always get a venti coffee at the same time of morning and for the past 3 mornings its been free because they didnt have any ready!

    Outside the USA, no.

  10. i wish starbucks honored the free refill rule!!!  Everywhere else, yes I assume it is free.
