Normally when you order online, you usually can get a tracking number for things you buy.

Well, I'm not too sure, but I think it comes from whichever team (the city they're in) from the stuff you buy. So ie. you buy a Chicago Cubs hat, it would probably come from NewEra if it was that, or probably from the Cubs merchandise thingy.
