  1. you should put ur wait on the front foot then u throw it ^ and hit make sure that ur shoulders r facing where u want the 2 go ball

  2. if you're a righty...put your left foot slightly infront of your right. put all your weight on your right foot and when you're about to hit the ball, transfer your weight into your left foot.  make sure your hitting the ball right? the faster you swing, the harder your serve is.

  3. if you are right handed you put your left foot out so your weight is balanced...

if you are left handed you want to put your right foot forward

  4. Well as you are standing there holding the ball before you throw it up, you are leaning on the front foot. Then you throw the ball up, you are leaning on your back foot and you hit the ball following through and lean  on your front foot again.

  5. in the one of the front, because you'' ll seve best

  6. this is what i do (copied and pasted):

once you can get the hitting and throws down make sure you practice stepping through. how you do this is by putting all your weight on your right foot (which is behind your left) throwing the ball and as soon as you make contact you should sort of feel the weight move to your left foot and then land on your right foot........ but make sure you watch the line.

  7. For ovehand serving try to step into and put your whole body in it, not just your arms. It will give you more force.

  8. depends on how you serve, i put the weight on my back foot and transfer it as i hoit it to give me more power or at least a sense of it, try both ways and see which one you like better
