When you park your car?

When you park your car in a parking lot, are you the type who will sit for 5 minutes waiting for someone to back out so you can be closer or will you just park in any available parking spot even if its further away?

I will park further away and I notice that I get in the store faster than someone who sits and waits. It wouldnt hurt most people to park further away and get a tiny bit of exercise.

  1. I agree, I just go to the first spot available, i don't search for one.  I just park and go inside, it is faster!!

  2. i always park far away so i don't have to park next to other cars. makes getting out faster. i also always park in the isle outside the exit door. keeps me from having to look for my car and remember where i left it.

  3. I will park wherever there is a spot, unless its pouring down rain or blowing snow, very very cold. I usually have my young daughter with me so if I have to wait a little while to park closer when the weather is bad in order to get her inside more quickly, I will.

  4. I look to see if there is anything close and if not I just grab one. People that sit to get a close spot annoy me and hold up traffic.  An awful lot of people need the exercise anyway.

  5. I don't have one!

  6. I don't have time for all that.  I just park in an empty space.  I do see people waiting for closer spots.  A person can get in and out by the time they do all that waiting.

  7. First spot i see, even if its miles away. Maybe this why people are getting fattier in North America!!

  8. I never wait for some one to vacate a place that is easier for me to to get into it again when I have to return home or go anywhere else.I don't think it's very convenient to wait without any certainty.

  9. further away

  10. I always park as far as I can away from the shop where nobody else parks so that I dont get any more dents in the side of my car from people who open their doors and bang my car.

The walk is good for you.

  11. Its less efficent to wait for spots and less healthy.  You are already driving and not walking as it is. Ok

  12. LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO WORRY ABOUT THE SMALL STUFF.

I JUST PARK,MAKE SHURE NO ONE IS TOO CLOSE TO SMACK MY CAR WITH THERE DOOR,I GO  IN DO WHATEVER AND GET OUT OF DODGE....Yes i try to find the closest parking place but it doesn't always happen that way." Oh Well ".

  13. I don't know if it's just a Phoenix thing or if it happens everywhere, but people here will follow you up and down the parking lot as you walk to your car. So I like to play a little game and walk past my car, or wander around like I can't find it. It drives these idiots crazy.

  14. This is a nation of overweight people and most of the reason is from people being lazy and everything is drive-through.

  15. I always park far away. No point in getting involved in the CRAZY world that is the front of the parking lot.

Unless I'm going to a movie... the closer you park, the less likely it is your car will be stolen.

  16. I don't know anyone who sits and waits. Pointless really. Just park farther and get some excerise and stop letting your car idle.

  17. 1.Park

2.Swear at the guy who cut in front of you

3.Torch his car when he is gone

    4.Go inside and laugh

    5.Play on your cool PS3

  18. Life is too short to waste it waiting for someone to back out of a parking space.

  19. I park as soon as I see a spot - bullocks to how far away it is.

Those people that sit and wait and block traffic are lazy jerks.

  20. I just find any parking spot to park. I don't care if its far or close.

  21. I have to admit if it's raining I will wait around a bit longer than usual, but i'll generally park wherever I can even if it is further away.
