When you pre-order from Borders.com, do they charge you immediately or when they actually ship it?

When you pre-order from Borders.com, do they charge you immediately or when they actually ship it?

They would say that it happens at the same time.  THey don't get your money the minute that they bill you.  They get the money at just the time that the book is leaving their warehouse.  They do check that they have a copy before billing but that takes only minutes. /
