When you put retainers in their case, are you supposed to put water in the case?

Nope, no water. Other things to know...take your retainer out and brush it with your tooth brush when you brush your teeth, and don't dump it in the trash can at school ;-)

I put my retainer in my case only when i go out.

When the retainers are not in use or at home, I soak them in salt water in a cup.

no you not supposed to put water in their case because it will wet it.
