When you return to the Eden Project with a membership card, do they check that it's yours?

When I registered my details, all they asked for is a name and address.

If you weren't required to provide ID  when the card was issued, ie., a photo, then it would seem that anyone could use your card to gain free entry.  On the other hand, you may be asked to provide evidence of your ID on entry, eg., a driving licence. So much is left to trust these days. Honestly the things some folk will get up to to avoid payment. You are wise to be on to this possible security breach
