  1. Only if there is a full moon, and you get caught  in a sudden very cold north wind while doing it...in Florida.

    Ok, silly answer...but the question can't be serious either.

  3. When you close your eyes, they rotate upwards and slightly outwards. This is to protect the cornea from exposure. Bell's phenomena. How they'd get stuck? not sure they 'could' get stuck as each eye is in it's own orbit or socket. There are a number of old sayings like this including the don't cross your eyes because you can get stuck like that.

    In accomodative spasm, they can get 'stuck' for a short while till the spasm relaxes, but that's fairly uncommon.
